A tropical land called Adventure Island is where this side scroller takes place. Tina has been kidnapped by the Witch Doctor, Master Higgins must complete eight deadly stages with four rounds per stage.
Navigate your way through caves and forests while destroying anyone or anything that comes into your path. To make it harder your energy is slowly drained as time passes, grab any fruit or drink you can to replenish it.
Grab eggs and open them to reveal what is inside, items such as axes and honey, honey makes you invincible temporairly and you can throw axes at enemies to hurt them.
At then end of each round you must defeat the Witch Doctor only to find him again at the end of each level.
